You can cancel of your Fastmail services at any time.
If there are multiple Fastmail users in your account, you must first delete all Fastmail users before the your master Fastmail account can be fully canceled.
Deleting Fastmail users
Via your client area request a service cancelation of each Fastmail user you with to remove.
Once a user is deleted user account data is not recoverable, make sure to backup or migrate before hand.
Canceling your master Fastmail account
Once all Fastmail users have been deleted, your Fastmail cancel your account will be close within 48-72 hours.
If you change your mind before your expiration date, you can undo you may request for service restoration by opening a support ticket.
Deleting your account
If you would prefer to close your account immediately and permanently delete all your data, you can should open a support ticket and request 'Delete all Fastmail data and accounts'.
Closing your account takes effect immediately. After your account is closed, any mail sent to your Fastmail addresses will be rejected. You will be logged out and no longer have access to any data stored in your account. Please export any data that you wish to keep before deleting.
All data will be permanently securely deleted within 7 days. If you change your mind before this time, please let our support team know and they can help reactivate your account, a recovery fee will be charged for account recovery.
Refund policy
Fastmail does not offer a refund for unused subscriptions. We highly recommend that you use the free trial to make sure Fastmail is right for you.
